KOTI cassettes, manufactured from high-quality materials, are designed with an additional security mechanism that makes them suitable for aerospace applications. This results in minimal risk of wire loss and reduces the risk of Foreign Object Debris (FOD). The cassettes can withstand temperatures down to -40°F and offer proven longer life compared to alternative products. Standard design includes 140 0.45 mm wires, 280 tops and an open cup, with optional modifications available to 120 or 130 wires and/or closed cup on request. Available in lengths of 413 mm, 827 mm and 1034 mm, we offer solutions suitable for the most common machines in the industry.
