Large machine-mounted weed brushes are highly effective on open surfaces, but edges, corners and obstacles often require a smaller and more flexible solution. The KOTI-NORDHS synthetic brushcutter weed brush allows operators to work in these areas with greater precision.

Models & Mounting

Two models are available: 170 mm and 200 mm. Both versions are designed for professional weed removal and can be selected depending on the machine and application.

25.4 mm and 20 mm mounting
The weed brush has a 25.4 mm bore diameter.
Using the supplied adapter ring, the same brush can also be used with a 20 mm mounting.
These mounting dimensions are commonly used on professional brushcutters.
However, a matching bore diameter alone does not guarantee compatibility with every machine.

Materials

Synthetic PP for a gentler brushing action
Not every weed-removal application requires twisted steel wire. The synthetic PP filaments provide a less aggressive mechanical brushing action, making this version particularly suitable for surfaces where a steel brush may be unnecessarily aggressive.

It is especially suitable for:

• Areas where a less aggressive brush is preferred
• Applications where a spark-free brush is required

Spark-free weed removal
Because the brush uses synthetic PP filament instead of steel wire, this version is spark-free. This makes it particularly useful for applications where sparks caused by steel wire contacting the working surface should be avoided.
