For lighter weed growth and applications where a less aggressive brush is preferred, the range also includes synthetic PP weed brushes. Because no steel wire is used, the synthetic versions also provide a spark-free brushing solution.

The correct choice depends on both the surface and the amount of weed growth. For robust surfaces with established vegetation, steel is generally the stronger option. For lighter growth, decorative paving or applications where a spark-free solution is desirable, synthetic PP may be more suitable.
25.4 mm and 20 mm mounting
The KOTI-NORDHS brushcutter weed brushes have a 25.4 mm (1″) bore diameter. Using the supplied adapter ring, the same brushes can also be used with a 20 mm mounting. These mounting dimensions are commonly found on professional brushcutters. However, the mounting diameter alone does not determine whether a brush is suitable for a specific machine.
